I literally just got this email and dropped bombs, i Dont know whats going on or how its happening cause it was the same email address in mine to, luckily it was my old Paypal from before i had a bank account, i think, hopefully nothing bad will happen

yeah i got this same email, on the 2nd nov also, but only just checking my emails right now. pretty much crapped myself.
paypal (and ebay?) need to do something about this shiz!!
